- The mediator doesn’t take sides — their job is to help you reach an agreement that keeps the kids’ needs front and center.
- You’ll discuss specific issues:

- You stay in control of the outcome. A judge doesn’t make the decision — you do.
If you reach an agreement, your attorney can turn it into a binding Consent Order or Parenting Agreement.
